Tim Higgins was appointed as a member of the New York State Bar Association's (NYSBA) Committee on the Tort System. The Committee on the Tort System advises the NYSBA's Executive Committe and House of Delegates on the development of responses to legislation designed to modify or affect New York's tort reparations system.
